How to Log In

1. Open the GEM7 app.

2. Enter your registered mobile number.

3. Verify with the OTP sent to you, or enter your password.

4. You are in and ready to play.

OTP Not Arriving?

Wait 30 to 60 seconds and tap Resend OTP. Check that your number is correct and that you have a stable connection. If it still does not arrive, contact support.

Account Security

Use a strong, unique password, keep your login details private, and review app permissions. Report any suspicious activity to support.

I did not get my OTP. What now?

Wait up to a minute and tap Resend OTP. Confirm your number and network coverage.

Can I reset my password?

Yes, use the password recovery option in the app and follow the steps.
